We proudly ship worldwide! Free shipping is available on all orders within the USA. International shipping rates apply based on destination.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • USA Orders: Processed in 1-3 business days, delivered within 5-8 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivered in 6-18 business days after processing (varies by destination and customs).

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders shipping within the USA. International orders will display shipping costs at checkout.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link to monitor your package’s journey!

5. What shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and DHL for fast, reliable delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

6. What’s your return policy?

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, tagged, and in original packaging.

7. How do I start a return?
Email  support@bridalab.com  with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions!

8. Are refunds instant?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. They may take longer to appear in your account.

9. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size/color, return the original item and place a new order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Pay.

11. Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one promo code can be applied per order.

International Orders

15. Are there customs fees for international orders?
Customs fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t predict or cover these charges.

16. My international order is stuck in customs. What should I do?
Contact your local postal service with the tracking number. Delays are common, but we’re here to help if needed!
